Feature: Certificate Access Blocked on Any Failed Session

The "All or Nothing" setting on Event Details now blocks attendees from downloading any certificates if they fail even a single session. This applies to both CE and completion certificates.

To make this expectation clear upfront, the Summary Evaluation now displays a message explicitly stating that no partial credit will be granted.

• Prevents partial credit from being awarded inconsistently across attendees

Organizers can now update their offline payment address by editing the Business Profile. This provides a single, consistent place to amend mailing or remittance details without navigating through individual event settings.
