Product Release Notes for December

December brings a strong set of platform updates focused on reporting clarity, deeper integrations, improved mobile experiences, and added flexibility for course pricing and credits. These enhancements continue to support organizations managing continuing education programs at scale, while improving the experience for administrators and learners alike.

Improved Banking Reports

Banking Reports have been updated to provide clearer itemization for bundle and course purchases. This enhancement makes it easier to reconcile revenue, understand purchasing patterns, and support internal accounting workflows with more detailed transaction data.

API Enhancements for Impact CE Integrations

We have released updates to API endpoints and supporting database structures to improve integrations with Impact CE. These changes help ensure more reliable data exchange and smoother integration experiences for organizations using CE-Go alongside Impact CE systems.

Mobile App and Dashboard Updates

Several user interface improvements are now live across the mobile app and dashboard.

Users can now filter content by timeframe and view My Schedule in a calendar format, making it easier to manage sessions and plan participation at a glance.

Administrators also have a new option to hide session codes, providing greater control over how session information is shared with attendees.

Expanded Course Pricing Options

CE-Go hosted self paced courses now support fractional pricing. This update allows organizations to offer more flexible pricing models, supporting a wider range of program structures and learner needs.

Attendee Dashboard Branding Updates

The Attendee Dashboard logo behavior has been updated so that a custom logo will override the default logo when one is added. This ensures a more consistent branded experience for learners across events and courses.

Zapier Enabled API Integrations

CE-Go’s API now connects directly with Zapier, enabling integrations with popular CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot. This update opens the door to automated workflows between CE-Go and external systems, supporting lead management, reporting, and operational efficiency without custom development.

Centralized Integration Settings

Integration settings have been streamlined and consolidated into a single location. All integrations can now be managed under Account, then Integrations, making setup and ongoing management simpler and more intuitive.

Downloadable Statements of Credit for Self Paced Courses

Participants in qualifying self paced courses can now download their Statement of Credit directly. This enhancement improves access to documentation and supports easier record keeping for learners completing on demand education.
