May brings a set of platform updates focused on registration flexibility, clearer event details, smoother CFP workflows, and polish across courses, bundles, and landing pages. These enhancements continue to support organizations to manage, promote, and deliver accredited continuing education programs with greater efficiency.
Below is a summary of what's new!
Custom registration discounts have been added to the Registration functionality. Organizers can now associate coupon discounts with registration form fields, so a discount is applied automatically based on a registrant's information at the time of registration.
For example, a ticket might offer a discount if the registrant selects a particular state or indicates a specific profession during registration.
This update also included visual changes across several tabs for consistency in style.

Tags have been added to CFPs to make close dates easier to identify at a glance.
The CFP UI has also been updated to display an "edit" option to presenters prior to CFP closure, and a "withdraw" option after closure.
Why this matters:
Building on April's release that allowed primary presenters to submit a CV on behalf of co-presenters, primary presenters can now also submit a headshot for each co-presenter during the Call for Presentations process.

Organizers can now select the time zone used for sending scheduled emails associated with self-paced courses.
