Regardless of your plan, you are not charged a monthly subscription fee, you only pay for events you host. A Basic CE-Go account is free to set up, and you can upgrade at any time if you need more help!
You can create free or paid tickets for any event. In order to create a paid event, simply add your bank details to receive your registration fees through our processor Stripe Connect. All transactions are subject to a 5% processing fee.
You can change your plan at any time. We realize that different events may call for different needs, so reach out to us and we’ll find the right solution.
You don’t need a Zoom account to offer CE-Go virtual events. All organizational users have access to CE-Go’s Zoom webinar licenses at no additional cost.
CE-Go offers a robust support library that includes articles and videos, as well as email support and onboarding sessions with a CE-Go expert. Pro and Cosponsored users additionally have access to a dedicated account manager to help make the most of CE-Go’s tools.
